Communication and Collaboration - Forward Chat Messages

What's new?
Forwarding chat messages is now available for all users. Messages can be forwarded directly to other users or chats, carrying the original content, sender, and timestamp along with them. To protect sender privacy, each message can only be forwarded once. The feature is accessible from the message context menu.

Why this matters?
Sharing information is now faster and more convenient - no more manual copy-pasting - which makes collaboration smoother.

School Administration - Inventory: Distribute Equipment Across Multiple Rooms

What's new?
Equipment can now be distributed directly across multiple rooms when created, each with its own room and quantity - the total is calculated automatically. The overview shows quantity per room in "x/y" format (e.g. "6/10").

Why this matters?
Administrators handling bulk equipment purchases no longer need to create a separate entry for each room, cutting setup time significantly for large inventories.

School Administration - Inventory: Configurable Columns in the Equipment Overview

What's new?
The equipment overview now lets users customize which columns are displayed and in what order, via a configuration icon in the table header. The configuration can be saved for one-time use or permanently as the default.

Why this matters?
Administrators managing large equipment inventories can tailor the table to show only what's relevant to their workflow - less clutter, faster daily inventory tasks.

School Life - Grades & Report Cards - Promotion Columns Now Shown in Semester 1 (Canton Aargau)

What's new?
The promotion columns in "Additional Certificate Data" are now visible in Semester 1 too, and the xlsx export reflects this as well. Support for future semesters will follow.

Why this matters?
Teachers in canton AG can review promotion data from the start of the school year, not just in Semester 2.

Certificate documents for canton AG - including the annual certificate, interim report, assessment dossier cover sheet, and learning reports - now print the student's full first and last name.

Colors in boxplots and the trend chart have also been revised for clearer readability on both white and striped table backgrounds, meeting WCAG AA accessibility guidelines.

Music School - Configurable Statuses for Pre-Registrations

What's new?
Music school admins can now manage pre-registration statuses themselves, just like registration statuses. Statuses can be renamed; a system-relevant status tied to core logic can't be deleted, only renamed to reflect its intended meaning.

Why this matters?
Music schools can tailor the pre-registration workflow to their own processes without relying on support - renaming statuses to match their terminology while keeping core system logic intact, with consistent labels across the table, filters, and Excel export.

Enrolments - Update to the Pre-Registration Confirmation Email (Vicente López)

What's new?
The automatic confirmation email sent to families after completing the enrolment pre-registration form for Vicente López has been updated. It now welcomes the family, confirms receipt of the application, notes that the pre-registration receipt is attached as a PDF, and reminds them to book their interview via the link in the email. The email also clarifies that pre-registration is only complete once the family attends the interview, that it does not guarantee a vacancy, and that vacancy assignment will be communicated by email during the first week of November.

Why this matters?
Families going through the Vicente López pre-registration process get clearer, more complete guidance - their application receipt, a direct link to book their interview, and realistic expectations on timelines and vacancy assignment. That means less confusion and fewer follow-up questions.
