Master Data - Settlements: Improved Sorting, Optional Fields and Export Quality
What's new
Settlements can now be sorted by any column, with the most recent date on top by default. When recording incoming settlements, all 'Rechnungsempfänger' fields are now optional. Excel/CSV exports output amounts and dates in the correct format and include inactive students who incurred costs in the selected period.
Why this matters
You find the settlement you need faster and can record payments even when payer details are incomplete. Exports are complete and ready to use without reformatting.
Master Data - Support Planner Imports: More Reliable, Fewer Corrections
What's new
The import from LehrerOffice now covers most cases. Values in the wrong column and empty mandatory fields are recognized and filled in, and unrecognized rating and category values are set automatically. Correct rows are imported and faulty ones are skipped. For the remaining rows, you can download a file with all importable columns.
Why this matters
Most files go through on the first run. If a row still has a problem, the correct data is imported anyway and the rest comes back ready for a direct re-upload.
School Management - New Layout for the Year Group Statistics PDF
What's new
The year group statistics PDF now follows the new style guide and fits more information per page. Each year group has its own heading. Columns are ordered Class, Teacher, Numbers, and entries are sorted by year group and class. Subtotals per year group and a grand total remove the need for manual aggregation.
Why this matters
School authorities get a clear, print-ready year group overview with built-in subtotals and a grand total. That saves time and avoids errors when reporting class numbers.
School Life - Noten & Zeugnisse - Grade Sheet for Mittelschule/BMS Registration (Canton Aargau)
What's new
A new form, 'Notenblatt für die Anmeldung an die Mittelschulen und Berufsmittelschule', is now available in the Forms section for canton Aargau. It shows the student's personal data and weighted semester grades per the canton Aargau (BKS) specification. You can print it for a whole class at once each semester.
Why this matters
Teachers in canton Aargau can generate the official grade sheet for Mittelschule/BMS applications directly in PUPIL. Subject weighting and averages are calculated automatically.
School Life - Noten & Zeugnisse - Transition Recommendation Forms for Primary and Secondary School (Canton Aargau)
What's new
Two new official forms, 'Übertrittsempfehlung Primarstufe' and 'Übertrittsempfehlung Oberstufe', are now available for canton Aargau. You can print them per student from the Forms view. They automatically include the promotion decision and the date of the transition meeting. The print date and responsible teacher can be adjusted in the forms overview and applied to the whole class.
Why this matters
Schools in canton Aargau generate the official transition recommendation forms directly in PUPIL, pre-filled with existing student data. That saves teachers manual paperwork.
School Life - Noten & Zeugnisse - Interim Grade Recalculated Immediately (Canton Aargau)
What's new
The grade for the interim report in the grades view is now updated with every evaluation. As soon as a teacher records or changes an evaluation, the interim grade is recalculated right away, whether they work in the Grades Overview or in the grades view.
Why this matters
Teachers and school leaders always see an up-to-date interim grade, no matter where the evaluation was entered.
School Life - Support Planner: Lehrplan 21 Link in Support Goal Dialogs
What's new
The 'Create support goal' and 'Add support goal to report' dialogs now include a direct link to the Lehrplan 21 curriculum. Without a selected subject, the link points to the canton's Lehrplan 21 homepage. With a selected subject, it points directly to that subject's curriculum page. For canton Thurgau, subjects with Lza competencies (German, French, Math, English) show a second link to the Kompetenzstufen Lza. All links open in a new tab.
Why this matters
Teachers get a direct, context-aware link to the relevant curriculum page while setting support goals. No more navigating the curriculum site by hand.
School Life - Interdisciplinary Evaluation: New Competence Structure for Canton Schwyz
What's new
For all schools in canton Schwyz, the three competence areas 'Personale', 'Soziale' and 'Methodische Kompetenz' are now merged into one area, 'Personale, Soziale & Methodische Kompetenzen'. The label 'Kompetenzbereich' is renamed to 'Überfachliche Kompetenzen'. Existing assessments are fully preserved.
Why this matters
Terminology and structure now match the requirements of canton Schwyz. Teachers work with one consolidated competence area instead of three, and schools already using the module keep all their assessment data.
Musikschule - New and Updated Reports
What's new
The Semesterplanung → Anmeldungen view now offers a configurable 'Anzahl TN/Minuten/Lektionen' report and a new 'Statistik pro Status/Tariftyp' report. The TN/Minuten/Lektionen report replaces five previous lists and can be grouped by instrument, rate group, or cost center. The existing report 'Belastete Beträge pro Instrument/Kostenstelle' (formerly 'Teilnehmer/Minuten/Lektionen/Belastete Beträge') has been redesigned to match the new layout. Its content and calculations stay the same.
Why this matters
You now have far fewer PDF reports to choose from, and each one is more flexible thanks to configuration options. All PDFs also share the same visual style.
Educamos
New Familias App Available in All Countries
What's new
After the initial rollout in Brazil and Chile, the new Familias app is now also available in Spain and all remaining countries.
Why this matters
Families in all Educamos countries can now use the new Familias experience. This completes the international rollout of the app.
First Version of the Additio-Educamos Integration
What's new
The first version of the integration between Additio and Educamos is live. Schools can create accounts, configure groups and classes, and import curriculum information, among other things. The connection of final grades with evaluation boards, report cards, and families is not active yet and will follow in a future release.
Why this matters
Schools using both Additio and Educamos can manage key academic configuration in a more connected way and avoid duplicate work between the platforms. The integration will keep growing in upcoming releases.
Improved Credit Note Generation (Spain)
What's new
The Spanish invoicing module now supports credit note generation more reliably.
Why this matters
Schools in Spain can issue credit notes with fewer workarounds, which supports compliant and complete invoicing.
Bank-Paid Ticket Invoicing (Spain)
What's new
Tickets paid via bank payment are now correctly included in the invoicing flow.
Why this matters
No paid ticket gets lost in invoicing, so financial records stay complete.
Adjusted Fines and Interest Calculations (Brazil)
What's new
The calculation of 'multas e juros' has been updated to better match Brazilian billing requirements.
Why this matters
Schools in Brazil get billing that follows local requirements, without manual corrections.
Educamos Visual Restyling
What's new
Educamos has a refreshed look and feel across the platform.
Why this matters
The interface is more modern and consistent, and easier to use.
Improved Behavioral Observations (Chile)
What's new
Teachers can now save behavioral observations more easily, in both the Teachers app and the web version.
Why this matters
Schools in Chile get a more practical workflow for recording and managing behavioral observations.
